Vision Statement:

Establish and maintain a competitive and respected soccer program to develop players that will compete and work hard on and off the field.   

Mission Statement:
By implementing a sound soccer curriculum, players will have the opportunity to develop and hone the skill-sets required at the high school level.  Application of the technical and tactical aspects of soccer during training will transfer into successful players and team.

Coaching Philosophy:
I started playing soccer at a very young age, mainly as something to bridge the gap between other athletic endeavors.  As I continued to participate in this beautiful game, I realized how great the game of soccer is.  I have played and coached for over 25.  Along the way, I have had great coaches who have influenced my life.  I have experienced success both as a player and a coach, but find greater satisfaction knowing that I have assisted in the growth of my players as athletes and individuals.

I believe the most important component of coaching is the communication between the coach and his players.  It is essential to build a professional relationship based on communication, trust, and respect.  I believe in individual responsibility and accountability.  I further believe in positive attitude, knowing that one can accomplish goals and dreams.  Above all, I believe in having fun and enjoying the moment.
